Our sales process has been designed to not only make selling your home as relaxed and efficient as possible, but also to ensure your property gets the best possible price.
Our professional team will be there every step of the way to walk you through, from the initial preparation of your home, all the way through to final settlement, we leave no stone unturned to ensure you get the most from your property.

STAGE 1 – Preparation for Sale

  • Decide to sell with PMG Estate Agents.
  • Discuss with your consultant – how to present your home.
    (Repairs, to spend or not to spend?)
  • Order contract for Sale from Conveyancer or Solicitor.
  • Sign an Agency Agreement with your consultant.

STAGE 2 – Marketing Plan

  • Present the property for professional photography.
  • Design specific marketing plan with your consultant.
    • Sign board style
    • Online marketing eg, realestate.com.au, domain.com.au
    • Print advertising
    • Open house, IPO
    • Distribution of Just Listed flyers
  • Present your home to the market – Go Live!

STAGE 3 – Selling Process

  • Qualify buyers through enquiry process, match buyers to property and book inspections.
  • Contact and follow-up all potential buyers. Provide feedback on buyers interest.
  • Negotiate to gain the best possible price for you as our client.
  • Secure buyer, prepare and sign legal documents.
    Protect interests of both parties.

STAGE 4 – Settlement

  • Attend pest and building inspections as well as bank valuations.
  • Liaise with conveyancers and solicitors through cool off and on to settlement.
  • Assist our clients with any issues or negotiations through this period.
